When we say “Goodness Merch,” we mean Goodness Merch, a registered trade name of Clonmeen LLC and any other subsidiaries that exist now or will in the future and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents. We also refer to “Goodness Merch” as “we,” “us,” and “our.” When we refer to “Goodness Merch,” we also mean its suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
When we say “Goodness Merch sites,” we mean www.goodnessmerch.com, any associated apps and all related functionality, services, and content offered by or for Goodness Merch or through www.goodnessmerch.com and any associated apps or the systems, servers, and networks used to make the Goodness Merch sites available.
Prohibited Use and Activities
The following activities are prohibited; breaking any applicable state or federal laws; spamming or scamming the service or other users; hacking or tampering with Goodness Merch sites or apps; or violating copyright laws.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
All original artwork on Goodness Merch is owned by us or our parent company, Clonmeen LLC and is protected by the United States and International copyright laws. Goodness Merch, www.goodnessmerch.com (and any other trademarks owned by Clonmeen LLC), and their respective designs, artwork and/or logos are either trademarks, registered trademarks or original artwork of Goodness Merch or one of its parent company’s other trademarks and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Goodness Merch. Furthermore, Goodness Merch and its parent company Clonmeen LLC retains all ownership rights to all original artwork as artistic works, including marketing, copyright and exhibition rights.
None of the materials and intellectual property described in these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy agreement may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the prior written permission of Goodness Merch. Charitable Contributions
Goodness Merch is a social enterprise and a for-profit company. It is not a charity. Ten percent of all of our profits will be given to charities that support specific charitable causes mentioned on the “About” page of Goodness Gifts, www.goodnessgifts.com, which is also owned by Clonmeen LLC. Goodness Merch reserves the right to add or remove causes from the ones mentioned on the “About” page of www.goodnessgifts.com. The actual percentage of the purchase price of any items purchased from Goodness Merch (less Shipping fees and taxes) that will be used to support charities will be at least three-percent, if not more.
In the event that Goodness Merch is unprofitable in a given year, no contributions will be given to charities for that particular year. The exact amounts given to support charitable causes and all company operating expenses will be listed on the Annual Report. Goodness Merch was founded in March 2026 and will issue an Annual Report every April with the first one being available on April 1, 2027. A copy of the Annual Report will be available upon request. This privacy notice for Clonmeen LLC (doing business as Goodness Merch) describes how and why we might collect, store, use and/or process your information when you use our services, such as when you visit our website at www.goodnessmerch.com or when you use any website or app of ours that links to this privacy policy. When you visit, use, or navigate our services, we may process personal information depending on how you interact with Goodness Merch. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. We may provide you with the option to register with us on our website, www.goodnessmerch.com or by using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, Twitter, or other social media account. This information will not be shared with any third parties and will only be used by Goodness Merch to communicate with you or to provide you with information. This information may include marketing information. Any emailed marketing information will include the option to opt out of receiving any more marketing emails. You also have the right to opt out of any marketing information sent to you via social media and any marketing information you receive via social media will include explicit instructions on how to opt out of receiving further marketing information. California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. Pricing, Payments and Shipping
All purchases with www.goodnessmerch.com must be made in US Dollars. Available payment methods will be listed on your invoice if you choose to purchase items from Goodness Merch. Invoices will be proceeded with a quote. Customers are under no obligation to purchase items if they receive a quote. You agree to all order terms when you pay for your invoice. Goodness Merch uses NBKC Bank for payment processing. All purchases are final. All purchases include a quality guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchased item, we will make it right or refund you if you notify us within thirty days of receiving your item. This guarantee applies to items received damaged or with manufacturing errors and does not cover buyer’s remorse or because an item was ordered in error. All prices quoted by Goodness Merch are listed in US Dollars and do not include any applicable sales’ tax or shipping fees. We collect sales’ tax where we are obligated to do so. Shipping fees if any will be listed on your invoice.
Any services provided by Goodness Merch such as digital branding services will be quoted in advance and paid for before services are provided. Invoice terms are not standard and are only available if explicitly stated in writing by Goodness Merch. Invoice terms are the exception, not the norm. If they are offered, a deposit may need to be paid prior to receipt of purchases.
Goodness Merch currently only ships to addresses in the USA. Orders are shipped by third party suppliers. Most orders will arrive within one week, but some orders may take as long as 12 weeks to arrive. Shipping estimates will be listed on your invoice. If your order is delayed due to processing or shipping delays, you will be notified via email.
Promotional Codes
Occasionally promotional codes will be available. When these codes are available, they will be posted on www.goodnessmerch.com or emailed directly to you. Promotional codes are limited in nature and may expire or be discontinued with or without notice. Promotional codes are invalid where prohibited by law. Promotional codes may not be copied, sold, or otherwise transferred. They are not redeemable for cash and are subject to cancellation or change at any time for any reason without notice. We reserve the right in our discretion to impose conditions on the offering of any promotional code.
Limitations of Liabilities and Disputes
Goodness Merch is not responsible for damages you may suffer due to accessing our services. In the event that a dispute arises, please contact Goodness Merch to resolve the dispute via email, at info@goodnessmerch.com.
Changes or Amendments to the Agreement
Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy agreement is subject to change. If we change our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy agreement, we will post the revised Terms of Use and Privacy Policy agreement on our website, www.goodnessmerch.com. The new Terms of Use and Privacy Policy Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting.
